Very cute story if you just want a quick, light listen. Not a lot of depth or excitement to it though. Overall I found it to be average.
Love reading about the Pacific Northwest. Romance was sweet.
Held my interest even though the outcome was predictable. But then that's why we read these romances.
It is a good read that will educate you about animal rescue and rocks. You never go wrong with a Karis Walsh book. Buy it!

I am an animal lover and this book has shown the rescue of so many animals that are left behind during some type of disaster. I couldn't imagine leaving my animals behind but I know it happens. So glad it had a happy ending .
